SIB Polska

A new brand in the business of shelters and protective spaces for housing communities got everything at once: a brand book, a fast website on its own server, e-mail on its own domain, tracking and a start on Facebook and Instagram.

Client and challenge

SIB Polska is a new brand in building safety: design, construction and servicing of shelters and protective spaces for housing communities and cooperatives, local governments and companies. At the start there was nothing: no logo, no domain, no website, no e-mail and no social media profiles.

The subject is serious, so the tone had to be calm and solid, without scaring anyone: the brand should earn the trust of building boards, not worry residents. The client wanted its own e-mail on its own domain and a website it controls.

The task: build the identity, website, e-mail, tracking and social profiles as one coherent system — one team, one tone, on infrastructure that belongs to the client.

What we did

01

Brand book

Several logo concepts, a client vote and one round of revisions. The result is a brand book with colour, typography, usage rules, a pattern and mockups (stationery, business card, website, social media).

02

A site on the client's server

Written in Django, with no WordPress and no plugins: services, audiences, “How we work”, FAQ, glossary, knowledge base, careers and a “Describe your building” wizard — 26 addresses in the sitemap, plus a panel for editing content.

03

Data for search engines

JSON-LD structured data (organisation, services, FAQ and more), a sitemap and an llms.txt file. It is technical housekeeping that helps Google understand the site; we promise no rankings and no citations by AI assistants.

04

E-mail on the client's domain

A company mailbox on its own domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set up, so that messages are trusted by recipients' servers.

05

Tracking and security

Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Search Console: forms and phone clicks are measured only after analytics consent. Plus a security review of the site and server: firewall, login and form rate limits, nightly backups.

06

A start on social media

A Facebook page and an Instagram account linked in one Meta portfolio, a cover and avatars that follow the brand book, and templates for the first posts.

How it went

The order of work and the dates, 2026.

  1. 2 October

    Meeting and brief

We learn the industry, what the brand has to say and what is needed: website, e-mail, social media profiles.

  2. 8–16 October

    Brand book

Several concepts, the client's choice, feedback and the final brand book: logo, colour, typography, usage rules.

  3. 23–29 October

    Domain, server and website

Staging first, then the domain and server on the client's account; the website went live on 29 October.

  4. 1–2 November

    Tracking and security

GTM, GA4 and Search Console, event tests and a security review of the site and server.

  5. 2–3 November

    Social media start

Facebook (2 November) and Instagram (3 November), cover, avatars and templates for the first posts.
